The listing, Mothers RING has ended.

Size 7 Ladies Mothers ring. 4 stones Pink* White *yellow* and Green??? we can't tell. Most likely fake costume jewelry.
We can't see the markings or tell anything about it we think it is a fake imitation. Pretty!!! Though! No Buyers remorse.
I have 6 children and it doesn't represent their birth months and it doesn't ft me.

You dont know if it's tarnished or not ? The pictures are very fuzzy... Is the 2nd and 3rd picture the same side of the ring or did you turn it over and take pictures of both sides ?

Older jewelry necessarily don't always have markings either just saying as a reminder also if it won't stick to a magnet it's real gold
