Aloha, mahalo for the comment but I had a mediator who looked into it and its wasnt opened and its a collectable and it would be different if i had opened it and put candy in it. the pez has never been opened and the candy came from Pez and not me, but thanks again for your concern. Actually, this is fine to list because it is considered a collectable item and it would decrease in value if the package was opened up and candy removed if you have a collection. If you were only listing candy refills then that would be against the rules. This is kind of a gray area....but it is a good listing. Best of luck to you : )

Aloha, Wow~ did someone complain? I had no idea that I was almost "breakin" the rules. I would never sell anything opened that you could eat or put on your body> Even lotion and perfume I wont do, candy opened~ No, I try to put things up that I would buy or like to own in my collections of Nicknacks.
