This has never been used and is just silver (not sterling silver) Have had it for years sitting in my jewelry box in great condition. 4 inches long, 3 inches wide (no damage or dents )

very pretty. just wondering if it's a little rusty inside or if those are just reflections.

Its the reflection of light....there is no rust on outside case or inside but I just did notice a lil rust where the inside hinges and a lil in corner.I never used it for anything its just been sitting around I was told WD40 will take care of it...I prefer not to mess with it..not sure how old it is. I didn't realize it until you mentioned it...sorry
