I did an experiment and bought Wheat Grass seeds off of ebay. I grew it in pie tins and I juiced twice a day every day for two weeks. I started my day with a huge shot of wheat grass juice (no coffee) anf ended my day with a shot of wheat grass. All I can say is holy (green) crap! I felt great! I slept great, I woke up just fine, I had tons of energy all day!

Then I stopped and now I feel like crap again! Wheat grass really does work! Buy this book and you will see why!
