This is the cutest little thing for you dog lovers! You can put credit cards, money, check book ,pen and more! It's quilted. The camera doesn't show it, but it's actually dark blue,not black. The strap as you see it,is 28" long, but you can make it longer. You can also unclip it and just carry it like a clutch .It's 8 inches long and 5" tall. It's a mini purse!
