You will get 2 bills for the starting bid, every 50 points above the start bid will get another one.

Last auction ended at 151 credits so I sent out 3 of them.
(the 2 for the start bid + an extra for another 50 points)

The winner is not determined by who was the last bidder,
but who is the highest bidder.

If you offer more than everyone else then you will get that item shipped to you.
