It is 18" from neck to bottom, 27" across the chest and there's a velcrow strap at the bottom that is 33"

Would it fit a german shepherd of about 70 pounds?

I am not sure, my dog is 50lbs and it no longer fits her, but they could have different body types I would measure just to be sure. I thought I posted measurements, but I do not see them now.
It is 19" from top of neck to bottom.
27-30" across chest (does stretch)
And a velcrow strap on bottom (goes around belly) is 33"
