Description

The listing, 20 Vining Spinach a/k/a Malabar Spinach Seeds has ended.

Malabar spinach is a vining tropical plant that is grown as an annual in cooler climates. The stems and leaves are edible. This fast-growing leafy vegetable is easily started from seed sown directly in the garden. Works best on a fence or trellis as it wants to climb. Also, it loves hot weather.

If you're not familiar with the variety, there's lots on info about it online. Just google malabar spinach.

Good luck.

I got these seeds originally from an older lady in our town of 2,100 people. She has a little garden behind the main street of town and we swap seedlings and seeds every year. Good luck on these. And, thanks for the fan.

I love this one, very unusual looking. The berries are really neat too. I had a green stemmed one i managed to let die. Would you ship this to Canada for free aswell? I like the beets too, maybe I could win both. :)

Yes, I would free to Canada. What province are you in? I just spent 2 weeks in Quebec and absolutely loved it. Well, except for me not speaking French and getting pulled over for not wearing a seatbelt... Nevermind. Bid on. I'll ship to you free if you win.

I'm in Ontario, but Quebec is really nice, especially Quebec City. It feels alot like europe, with the old architecture and narrow streets. A its also neat to travel somewhere with another language, it makes it feel very foreign.
