I don't know if 3 years would have made a difference. But it was just mom and I until I was about 3. We lived in Council Bluffs IA w/ my moms younger sister Judy We lived in an apartment that had narrow but long continuous window maybe 5' Anyway someone had given me a bow w/ wooden rubber tipped arrows. W/O the rubber tip on that arrow that son of a gun went straight thru that lovely window leaving a neat little hole about the size of a .22cl So I guess the lesson is a little supervision is a good thing. I mean I/we laugh about it now but the building super at the time was less than amused.

OMG that's funny but awful too. that's why if you get something like this it has to be supervised closely. Wow number one would be it the rubber cup comes off or gets lost or even gets ripped where it doesn't fit tight, then you have to destroyed the arrow part. To keep from getting hurt or busting windows, Number two is the age limit is very Important to, Children at age three have no concept of danger, that's where as a parent of grandparent you have to take the time to teach your child how handle a toy of any kind, even those recommended for a lower age group. I bet the super was ticked, but thank god that it hit the window instead of another child or person Thank you for pointing this out Betty B.
