The listing, India 1989 25 Paise Coin has ended.

1989 Indian coin, 25 Paise. I'm fairly sure that this coin is no longer in use, so they won't be making any more of them. That is, they can only become more rare in the future.

That's a Rhinoceros on the obverse. The back labels the coin in English and Urdu.

The seller I bought it from graded it VF TO VF+. My eye says VF at the best, although it is LOTS shinier in person than in the pictures (when I tried to capture the shine, I really got unusable glare)
