Book is in overall Great condition with one minor tear to the top of the binding. Please see photos. This book has 608 skillet dishes, casseroles, stews, sauces, gravies, dips, soup mates and garnishes. Including the index this book is 199 pages. Last page of book shows the numbers 6491 which means that the publication date for this book was 1964. This was not my cookbook. I found this at an estate sale. This book most likely is a first edition. From researching this book I found that the first revised edition was published in 1970.
