The listing, Plaid Tie-On Skirt has ended.

Plaid Tie-On Skirt. I'm not entirely sure what size this is. The length of the waist is 42 1/2". With a tie on each end. There is a button hole where one tie goes though waist at 27". Why? I don't know. I just tie it on the side and wear tights underneath it.

No tag, I believe it was handmade. It feels kind of like a wool blend. 38" inches long.

Smoke free home but I do own two cats. All my clothing items are washed and ship straight from the dryer.!

I am 5'6" and I tie this on the side at the widest point of my hips and it comes high enough not to cover my feet. I wore it with boots that have a modest heel on them.
