The listing, NEW Sterling Silver (.925) POISON RING with Amethyst - Size 5 has ended.

This is an auction for one new Poison Ring with a genuine Amethyst gemstone (the February birthstone) in the center. A hidden compartment, which opens on a tiny hinge, sits atop it. Size 5. (Would make a good pinky ring, too, since this is piece is fairly slender for a poison ring.) This ring has a look that is vintage, elegant, exotic, victorian, and even goth.

The last one went for over 8000 credits, so I have this set at a VERY reasonable GIN price!

From Wiki: A poison ring or pillbox ring is a type of ring with a container under the bezel or inside the bezel itself. They became popular in Europe during the sixteenth century. The poison ring was used either to slip poison into an enemy's food or drink, or to facilitate the suicide of the wearer in order to escape capture or torture. Rings like this have been used throughout history to carry perfume, locks of hair, photos, devotional relics, messages and other keepsakes, so they have also been known by other names.

About Amethysts: Cool and relaxing, amethyst is a purple variety of quartz crystal. It aids in spiritual quests and wearing it helps promote meditation, peace, tranquility and oneness with your spiritual goals.
