Hate to be a bug, but could you measure the outfit? Specifically the length of the pants and arm length?
A girls XL, is a lot diff than a junior XL.
And by your description, I'm not sure if its a girls or juniors? A juniors XL should easily fit a small med adult. But a girls XL would possibly fit a short adult.

I think measurements would help us a Great bit!

So, NO it's not adult. It's a JUNIOR size. I posted pictures of the tags attached inside clothing.

It was listed as "Ex large junior size will fit woman small med" when I won it here. So that is what I would consider it. I suppose it could possibly fit that size.....
