This phone does work but will need to be charged and reset to factory. Has some wear on the buttons but in fairly good condition. Will need Micro SD to save information.

This phone does not take a sim card, It was a free phone from the Verizon store with contract sign up. We got these about 3 years ago.

all you will have to do is go into the settings and reset it so that it will clear the information that is on it. You should be able to activate it at Verizon either with contract or maybe for prepay but you would have to ask.
