The listing, Star Wars SAGA EDITION Chess Set has ended.

Please note this set is hard plastic and possibly has small pieces that could be a choking hazzard.

2005 Star Wars SAGA EDITION Chess Set. Pieces were taken out of box for photos. Pieces have never been played with. Box corners have some shelf wear.

Lucas films Ltd. By Parker Brothers and Hasbro, # 42453. There is a web site you can visit for more detailed Chess rules. Hasbro.com

There are 32 chess pieces, game board (which is still as originally packaged, still taped in between carboard pieces) and instruction sheet.

Star Wars Characters are as follows:

Silver playing pieces:
8 Clone Troopers = Silver Pawns
1 Padme Amidala = Rook
1 C -3PO & R2 -D2 = Rook
1 Han Solo = Knight
1 Chewbacca = Knight
1 Princess Leia = Bishop
1 Luke Skywalker = Bishop
1 Obi - Wan Kenobi = Queen
1 Yoda = King

Black playing pieces:
8 Imperial Stormtroopers = Black Pawns
1 Count Dooku = Rook
1 Darth Maul = Rook
1 Boba Fett = Knight
1 Jango Fett = Knight
1 Grievous Bodyguard = Bishop
1 General Grievous = Bishop
1 Darth Vader = Queen
1 Emperor = King

are the light sabers bent???

The light sabers are flexible plastic. You can bend them in any direction and they just move back to their original position, so I guess the answer would be yes and no. Yoda and Luke Skywalkers Light Sabers come with a hard piece of plastic around their light sabers, but it is just taped on packaging. The plastic pieces slide off and I am pretty sure were only meant to be on for shipping. I am not sure why Count Dooku's light saber wasn't packaged that way, but it's not and neither is Darth Vader's. Hope that answers your question.
