Attention: Cooks and lovers of Mexican food! You can have a Mexican Fiesta if you win this little auction!You are bidding on TWO mini-cookbooks, the first of which is from 2005, from Easy Home Cooking, "MEXICAN FIESTA" which is a 99-page cookbook, complete with color photos. Included is a 20-page heart-healthy cooking section!
Next, from Pillsbury, published in 1999, "EASY MEXICAN MEALS" which is 75 pages (plus the index) of recipes and color photos.
Both mini-cookbooks are in GREAT condition. The ONLY thing is that I wrote the month and year on the cover of each (see photo) because that's how I keep track of my minis.
Smoke-free and pet-friendly home. Winner has SEVEN days to contact me with their mailing address and from that date, I have SEVEN days to get these in the mail (Listia's rules, as of July 11).
