These two things will go a long way in instilling confidence in potential bidders. Sarah1830, it goes up when you bid because someone else has put in a high max bid. The price will go up to just over what you bid until you bid more than the other persons maximum bid that they have entered. Just wanted to let you know that it's not the seller or listia doing it. It's other bidders lol. I know it can be frustrating. Sometimes you just have to bid high or forget it. Hope this clears it up for you. Good luck bidding!
