The listing, Smart Relief by ICYHOT has ended.

Gadget only no pads, works great but I gotta bigger Tens unit now. Will need new batteries, if you use a lot buy extra batteries as they seem to last a week if you use quite a bit like I was using. Otherwise it is really great for aches and pains.

I heard of this but never seen one, do the pads connect to the back of it or does it have wires?

It snaps to the pads, no wires. The replacement pads you can get at CVS, Walgreens etc. It does get pretty strong, I liked it quite a bit. You can adjust the strength to what you will tolerate.

Takes CR2032-3v batteries those button ones.
