The cord that connects from your pc to the converter is about 4 or 5 feet long and then the cord that connects from the converter is about 4 or 5 feet long, so you have 8 to 10 feet. I do not have a tape measure to measure the exact length. I hope this helps.

I do not know anything about Mac computers but I would say yes because it does not run by software or OS, it hooks up to your PC or laptop and turns your TV into a large monitor/projector. You can look at the specs above to see what kind of port you would need.

Not sure of your question but you hook the laptop to the television and you use the remote to control your laptop, at least that is what I did when I hooked it up and tried it out.
