This phone is being relisted because the buyer deleted his account.

I bought this phone on ebay and to my surprise it WILL NOT TURN ON!! When I plug the charger in there is a message on the screen saying:

Motorola Flash Mode
Bootloader Version
BOOT_C_03.05.00R_MPAP
Charger Connected
Please connect the USB Cable

I bought the phone with no returns accepted!!! Bad move on my part.

With all that being said bid at your own risk!!!! Maybe someone knows how to fix it.

It has a clean ESN.
