Walnut Head Antique Hobo Character Figure Doll.
This Little Hobo folk art character has a Walnut head, painted face, walking stick, hobo back pack, he's wearing a vest with tiny buttons, green pants and a hat...unlike many other Walnut Head dolls who's clothes are in tatters, this little guys clothes are still intact
Overall appearance shows some fading and a bit of wear due to age(Enlarge all photos for a better view).
He's a unique little guy. He measures approx. 9"
Estate Sale host estimates the doll to be from 1930-1940 and without any makers marks she suggested he may be a German Doll.
Wouldn't he display nicely in a primitive theme décor
This little guy has a lot of details that make him a wonderful collectible
