Hi... i cant give measurements. the tag reads xl & i would imagine that is a junior sz. very cute but i will say there is a bit of stretching in lace in back of vest but, for free..... how can u possibly go wrong????

Well, all I mean is that sometimes, when u dry something that has a bit of lace to it & it stays in too long, it can stretch the oles in it a bit but trust me, this is soooooooooo cute
