Why is your shipping $12.99? I ship jewelry all over the US and for one piece of jewelry the most it has cost me is $3 when I included the cost of shipping supplies. Also Listia rules state that the most you can charge for shipping of jewelry is $6 unless you are shipping a large amount of jewelry.
