The 6-page Observation Deck pamphlet measures 10 1/4" X 3 1/2" closed & 10 1/4" X 10 3/8" opened (as shown).
Date of creation is not indicated for either item. However, according to the Observation Deck Pamphlet, the NYC Subway Fare is only 50c, The Subway Fare was 50c only during the period 1/1/1975 to 6/27/1980. The World Trade Center was opened on 4/4/1973. The brochure is therefore a collector's item from the 1970s.
Note: the 6 pages of the brochure are separating where they are folded. They should NOT be taped together because tape will eventually ruin them.
