there is the main marquise stone, with 13 round and 1 baguette on either side of the shank. all set in nickel free ~ sterling silver!!!

It is an "artificial" or "simulated" diamond.
That is the easiest answer BUT you can read about them on this link,

It has TONS of sparkle.....I am not sure what you mean by what stone is on top.... It is a Marquise shaped simulated diamond (not a real diamond)
