Where is the clock ? Where do you store the pens/pencils ? Also why does it have the three holes ?

the clock is in the three holes, they are round windows with a tinted film which project the information you program. it shows date and time, there is a timer as well, its a futuristic LCD window. The pens and pencils are in the cup to the left of the clock, attached to the clock.
