That is a very good question! For sure the Geneva, Switzerland and the Vienna, Austria offices are a No! But, to be Quite honest, the ones from the N.Y. office I'm not sure. They ARE from N.Y., but not U.S. Postage - rather UNITED NATIONS so I'm thinking no,too, but not for sure. Anybody else know? Let us know! Thanks!
