Obviously not. 3 oz package from state to state costs $1.93. 3 oz US to Canada $7.65. Look it up at USPS.com if you don't believe me.

No, shipping is not $1 more than the US. I sell on ebay & ship all the time to Canada. A package that costs only $1.93 to ship in the US costs over $7 to ship to Canada. I know my shipping rates.
