I always start mine at 499 no matter what and Usually at the very end off the auction the bids are goin to go extremly high

To tell you truth for all the items you should start it as 499
1 reason is cause its free and for 499 and above you have to pay and second reason is it attracts more bids.
Cause if you put somthing like 5000 or 10000 To tell you truth it will not attract bids ,Cause people usually are like "Why is it so High" Can you lower it down" Its very annoying and
Lower the bid the higher the people and

Just to give you advice,Check my feedback

Actually, starting bids scare people away. From experience, it's better to just start it at 0 and let it rise on its own. People also like to wait and bid in the last few hours.

Yea it is but as someone new to this and not understanding how everything worked I shouldn't have put something so expensive as my first auction with it not allowing me to raise the starting bid any higher than 5000. But I guess you live and you learn.

No problem. I would even recommend editing the auction now to make it longer. I don't remember if new members can do that or not, but you should try.

When people ask you to lower days, it's because they don't wanna wait. I would recommend never lowering days, the longer your auction is up, the more people will see it and the higher the bids will go.
