I'm in Powhatan, VA but we lived in Phoenix for many years. My 94 year old Mom is at the Beatitudes in Glendale! I've never seen this plant before and love it! If in a hanging pot will it fall over the sides? Or does it need to be in a regular pot?

Yes! The Elephant food will spill quite nicely over the sides of a hanging pot. I have several hangers inside and out. Lovely. Thanks for bidding and fanning!

I will also travel as far north as Union hills and Tatum. I am native to Arizona and the traffic we have now is a little over-whelming.
