If you won an auction and you sent your verified shipping address and you don't have to pay shipping the seller has 7 days to mail it out. Also they have to communicate with you at least once to let you know they have mailed it or what day they are going to mail it out at least. If you have a shipping fee pay it. Then wait. There's nothing else to do. But if they have no communication with you and you don't receive anything wait at least 2 weeks. Then put a dispute. You will get your credits back. If you pay through paypal if you had a shipping fee contact them for a refund too! I hope this helps:)
