This holder is suppose to be new. It was given to me over a year ago and I have not used it, but while looking it over to list here, I cannot be sure that it wasn't 'tried-out' before coming to me. Still it is in great shape with no cracks, chips or scratches...just dusty, and the box is scuffed along the edges.
Shipping is going to be expensive, so please keep that in mind when bidding. I am trying very hard to continue the free shipping, but even the lady at the post office commented on how much I was spending on shipping! LOL
The things I am listing today will probably be the last items I will receive credits for in time to finish my Christmas shopping!! So HELP, PLEASE! :-)
