The listing, ANTIQUE REAL SCRIWSHAW PENDANTS AND TOKEN has ended.
Three pieces of genuine scrimshaw walrus tusk and whale bone ivory, the first is a pendant with a gold filled bale and it has a small gold nugget flake in it's belly, this I believe to be one of the eskimo tribes totems, my father brought this back from Alaska in the 1940's and it was old then, early 1900's, then there is a scrimshaw token, often carved and inked by Sailors to give to their betrothed or loved ones, depicting a ship along the shore line, last is another pendant, the bale on this is marked sterling, it has a ship carved and inked into it. These are all pre-ban walrus or whale Ivory bone and date from the early 1900's.
