Yes they are i am sorry the are taking so long to come to you, but i waited for a few other winners to give me their verifyed address before i mailed them because i only wanted to do one large mailing, but rest assure you will recieve your item..again i am sorry for the delay.

You already said they were sent on November 7. And you click the set button. So if they're not set yet I just want my credits back please. Because that's really unfair. I know you wanted to wait but you should reply to me sooner before I set my dispute. I'm really sorry but like I said I've waited a really long for them. And that's very unfair not to tell me before so yes I would just like my credits back thank you.
