Cute little turquoise ruffled accented blouse. New with the tag still attached. Size M. Flaw is it was pulled on another hanger in the back on the ruffled collar. I tried to show the area in the pictures. The area is approx 1.25 inches long. Hardly noticeable, but I can't guarantee it wont get bigger. So make sure you want it prior to bidding. Other than this, it us in the same condition as when purchased. It is a sheer 100% silk blousecwith a 100% polyester lining. Even with its flaw, it's a great top.All Listia rules apply.
