this will get splinters out so easily simply wash area with soap and water, let dry, swab with alcohol, allow to dry. remove the sterile lancet from the wrapper carefully without touching the point after removing the splinter , bandage area until healed.. i would just keep this a s a collectors item.. I have never seen one of these before...So i am actually posting this as a collection piece your decision on what to do with it..
