Cute NEVER WORN, no tags though, Full Tilt Handkerchief Dress size XL. I bought this dress navy blue and purple dress new on amazon.com but it does not fit like I want it to. It fits more like a medium than an XL, it is either that or I am just thicker in the middle than I would like. LOL! Anyway, it is a mini for most ladies. I am 5'3" and it hit me about mid thigh. I would have to wear pants or shorts on under it.
