Description
The listing, Green Swan Depression Glass Powder Jar with Lipstick Holder has ended.
This is my first antique auction. If it does well, it will be the first of many.
This is a depression glass powder jar (dish or bowl) with a lipstick holder on the lid. It is in green and features a lovely swan. The sides of the dish are in yellow.
I have not noticed any chips, cracks, or other flaws (other than dust).

I can remember when My Sister and I were Younger Much Younger, At Christmas time we would go shopping for Our parents. We ways bought My Mother one of these and she hd so many but we liked them dont know what ever happened to the but anyhow they were 25 cents with Powder in them. Webought a few differentcolors thru the years and I am 70
I hope your mother liked them as much as you and your sister :) This belonged to my mother-in-law. She was quite a collector. Thank you for stopping by and for sharing your story! :)
Considering that depression glass was made between the late 1920s and the early 1940s, no depression glass would be "real antiques" by that definition. It is real Jeannette Depression Glass and was most likely made during the 1930s. You can google it.
