This auction is for a Tweety pen that is a collectors pen from the United State Postal Service.
Ball point pen operations. Turn top cap to advance ball point cartridge. Twist cap in opposite direction to retract the point. To replace refill, turn cap counterclockwise until top separates from barrel. Replace by inserting new refill into barrel.

I mail out the first Monday after auction ends. I mail it out in a stamped envelope or a bubble wrap envelope depending on the item I have up for auction.
