The listing, Windows XP Professional has ended.

New and still sealed is a CD for reinstalling only! Does not come with key code, I dont even remember where I got this, it says "for new DELL computer" but Im not exactly sure what that means, however if you do and its of some use to you, bid away!

you dont have the code to the disk? if you dont then the cd disk is no good, you have to have the code for it to work on a pc, if you can find the code then the disk will work, let me know if you find the code and i will bid,

It's an OEM disc that activates when the certificate on the disc matches certain hardware on the computer. If you have a Dell that has an XP Home, Media, or Professional edition license sticker somewhere on it, it will activate. Chances are if it has a Win2K license sticker on it, it will also activate, but no guarantees. Hope this helps.

There is a site for Microsoft product codes you can get the code from.
