I don't know much about the LPS line, but this was a stuffed toy that was on the shelf in my daughter's room for perhaps 4 years - she has turned into a Teenager and is doing a total remodel, redecorate - and all the little kid toys are on the way Out..

This horse is about 8 1/2" tall and looks very nicely made.
Its clean - no stains, no tears, seams look great - it's pretty cute and I would say Definitely safe for any child ages 3 and Up.. It does have a blue plastic collar on its neck with the LPS logo on it, almost like an ID tag.. but it is tight around the neck with no pieces that hang or dangle, and I don't see any way to get that sucker off this animal!

The tush tag says 2007 so it may be closer to 6 or 7 years old!
