46" by 11 1/2"
Wish I had a window the right size to put it in, but I don't.
Do you? I used to have a lighted glass case and used this in it as the backdrop. I think it's polyester, not cotton. Not vintage.

Yes, just one piece and it does not have a sewn rod pocket . It can be used to make a valance, but it is a panel.
