The listing, Famous Painting Vintage Unused Post Card. Union Postale Universelle. has ended.

I believe this could be from France. I don[t speak other languages but some of the works look French. It does say this painting is from Musee du Louvre, Paris. Never mailed. This has very minimal age wear,

Please look at the pictures to tell you what the post card's condition is. Some of these have a few corner problems from age but does not harm the stamp if there is one. These have been stored in a closet for years. I have been collecting stamps since I was 10 years old. Hope to see someone else enjoy them

I was curious about the art on this postcard so I looked up. It's called Venus In A Landscape By Cranach D. Ä. Lucas.
Venus In A Landscapeis A Work Of The Famous Artist, Cranach D. Ä. Lucas. Drawn around 1529 Using Oil On Wood Technique and is located now at Musée Du Louvre .

The lot of post cards that I have been slowly listing came from the very early 1900's so I assume this is about that time. I love the old cards so I bought the box at an estate sale years ago. Glad that you took the time to look this up, I never did. Very interesting.
