Manufacturer of model is Revell, Des Plaines, Illinois zip code 60016. Made and printed in USA united States of America. For ages 10 to adult. I see H-445 and believe is model number. Pain oand cement (glue) not included. In good shape Overall note box on one end is a little squished.

Note I prefer to mail by USPS priority mail to ensure gets to buyer in good condition and a box that fits. Otherwise figure other way to package and mail.
