The instructions say, break disc in the pouch so the liquid crystallizes. The Warner will heat up, and remain warm for about a half hour, depending on the room temperature. Kneading bag during use will extend heat time. To reuse, remove sweater, boil pouch in water for 5 minutes, use care when removing from boiling water. Hand wash and air dry sweater if needed.
