Well To be honest I couldn't tell you. I just finally figured out my size usually wear sports bras. I would say if it is a full C then yes because what you would lack in the 6 additional inches around would be replaced by cup size , but I am no expert here and would hate to tell you wrong!

No. I am sorry but these will not fit you if you are a 46 around. It will be just too uncomfortable, I have made this mistake myself and suffered to the point of breaking skin. The only way these would work for you is if you used bra extenders and I would not suggest going smaller than a DD if you are going down in band size you want to up the cup. I hope that helps you in your search.
