I love Ulta's rewards program. It has allowed me so many cruelty free high end products for free. I also love buying drugstore brands and NYX with coupons there that still provide points! Ulta's customer relations are similar to Nordstrom service.

Sephora can't be beat for their abundance of samples and 500 point perks! I also love how Sephora carries NARS< Formula X Nail Polish, and Dolce & Gabbana(my high end CF favorites)

But let's not pretend we don't all try to shop online through Ebates to save even more money :)

Yes! Sadly my experience in the full stores is really poor. If I shop in person I go to the mini versions at JCPenny...or I go to Nordstrom (for picking a foundation color or powder that requires in person interaction).

I love my local JCpenny one. Omg. The girls are fantastic. So nice and helpful. I agree the bigger ones are more snooty. They definitely judge younger girls going in as well. I get the same of treatment at the MAC counter. Everytime I've gone to Mac I have gotten bad or rude service: (

Anyways, I love my local sephora. My local ulta is kind of lacking in customer service. I still like to shop their tho because they allow you to take money off your total with points, and I always have tons saved up lol

Right - MAC employees are ridiculously inefficient with customer service. I love Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, and Barney's for specialized needs. I love the ladies at the smaller JCP Sephora! I got a number of palettes free from Ulta with my points. Platinum allows it to bank your points and we get a lot of 3x - 10x point deals. Also $10 off $50 for specific prestige items.

I love a great beauty bargain. Makes playing with makeup so much fun to have a good variety in your vanity!
