Old currency that has been destroyed . Some of ot has been used to make pencils.
The federal reserve regularly destroys old bills.
The bag contains a little over four thousand dollars. The pencils are made of old money as well.
Probably wont be able to spend any of it,but its cool none the less

use it to wrap breakables in , tell them you just shredded some paper that was in your wallet
