The listing, Black heel boots 9 1/2 has ended.

Size 9 1/2 women's shoes, only worn once. In perfect condition except one small scratch on one of the shoes. They are black with a suade like material and have ruffles on the side. They also have a heel to them.
From target-I had bought them for 30.00.

**+If noone else has bidded**I will negotiate. If you want a gin or a lower gin ask, but I may ask you to pay a few more dollars for shipping.
I will ship once money is received into my paypal account and once I transfer it to my bank (4-7 days) so please be patient:)

I've actually never worn them. I would say probably not the most comfortable because they are heeled. I would try them on and tell you but they don't fit
